I dunno why I have this feeling that there is No KiCk In LiFe. Nothing new is happening around me. Everyday I do the same stuff which I did the previous day, no real thrills, surprises or satisfaction. I really strive hard to do something which isn't done before, which no one have even thought of, simply put 'a breakthrough' idea, product or technique.
I dunno y others dont complain that they too dont hav kick in their life. How could u ppl feel satisfied by using some one else's innovation in each and everything in life, Edison's bulb, kotler's ideas, Bosch's spark plug and Brad's Pepsi. People even buy cards created by someoneelse and gift it to their GFs (Guys, its like u carrying some oneelse's love letter to ur GF).
I m really bored of sameness. I want something in future to say my name as its inventor. It may be unpopular, ridiculous, it may be even as small as a pin.
Well, who's stopping you? Go ahead, find your "pin".
ReplyDeleteThink about this though. Should people invent everything they need? Finding an application for an invention is quite challenging if you think about it! The stick notes are an example. It's so easy to write off finding applications for innovations as easy and unoriginal.
And most of all, complaining is a sign of resignation. Keep complaining about how dull life is that'll be the only things you'll come across. Focus on what you want instead of what you don't want. Chances are that you'll find what you want with that sort of an attitude!
Tell me why a simple sunrise is so fascinating..

ReplyDeleteBut u are rite da... the world is shaped by ppl who are not satisfied with the things around them, and believe that they can do better... To be exact, neccessity is not the mother of all inventions, boredom is ;)
So go on, invent somethin new, a concept, a product, a mash-up, anythin u think can be done! The world is your oyster! :)
Dont be obsessed with different thoughts Johi as you always do!! A normal adult will have 2000 distinct thoughts per day which means his brain burns energy to think 2000 different things. Ultimately out of 2000 some 50 thoughts are valid and valuable for him and his society(May be an invention). Scientists of our century like Einstein are able to bring down that 2000 to 10 or may be 5 and you know the result.It is said that normal adult like you and me uses only 15% of brain power in their lifetime and rest is burnt in the crematorium and buried in burial grounds. Everybody in the world are discomfort in one way or the other. If you have 100 reasons to cry and 1 reason to smile, choose the later one. That one reason may be the proud feeling after your invention. That hope will drive your days. Put the mind over matter instead of complaining!!
